72-hour pilot
Your idea, working in 72 hours.
Tell us the idea or the process you want to solve. In 72 hours we deliver a prototype that actually works, plus the plan to take it to production, with fixed timeline and price.
US$ 3,000
Fixed price · 72 hours
If we continue, the US$ 3,000 is credited to the full project.
If we don’t, the prototype and the specification are yours.
What you get
01
A working prototype
Not a mockup or a slide deck. You open it, use it and test it with your own data.
02
The specification
What the system does, how it is built and what the risks are. In writing, in plain language.
03
The production plan
Fixed weeks and price for the real version, with users, security and payments if needed.
How it works
Day 1
A 45-minute conversation. You tell us the idea and we choose together what to build.
72 hours
We build the prototype and the specification. You see progress along the way.
Then
You decide. We build the full version, or you keep what was delivered.
This is for you if…
- You have a product idea and want to see it working before investing big.
- Your company has a manual process that eats hours every week.
- You tried ChatGPT or a no-code tool and got stuck halfway.
Examples that fit in 72 hours
- An agent that reads documents and pulls out what matters.
- An assistant that answers with your company’s own information.
- A quoting tool or an automated approval flow.
- The main flow of your app, working.
How it compares
Three ways to start an AI software project, and what each one gives you in the first week.
| LuxIA pilot | Traditional agency | Doing it yourself with no-code or ChatGPT | |
|---|---|---|---|
| First working version | 72 hours | Several weeks, after the proposal and design | Hours, but it often stalls halfway |
| Investment to start | US$ 3,000, fixed price | Deposit on the full project | Low in money; high in your time |
| Getting to production | Fixed plan: users, security and payments | Yes, within the contract timeline | Hard without a technical team |
| If you decide not to continue | You keep the prototype and the specification | Depends on the contract | You keep what you managed to build |

FAQ
Questions about the pilot
What is the LuxIA 72-hour pilot?
It is how you start working with LuxIA. For US$ 3,000 we build, in 72 hours, a prototype that actually works, plus the system specification and a production plan with fixed timeline and price. If you then hire the full project, the US$ 3,000 is credited.
Is the pilot an MVP?
No. An MVP is a version real customers can already use, with user accounts, stored data, stable deployment and payments if needed. The pilot proves the idea works and defines how to build that MVP. The MVP in production is the next step and usually takes a few weeks.
What if I decide not to continue?
You keep the prototype and the specification. There is no penalty and no obligation to continue.
What fits in 72 hours?
One main flow: for example, an agent that reads and classifies documents, an assistant that answers with your company’s information, a quoting tool or the core flow of an app. If your idea is bigger, we choose together the part that best proves it.
When do the 72 hours start?
Once we have the information we need and the payment. Before that we have a free 45-minute conversation to define the scope.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You bring the idea and the knowledge of your business; we handle the technical side and explain it in plain language.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer in the U.S. to LuxIA LLC, or by card through Stripe. Prices exclude taxes.
